3.3 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ck 3333. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, ck 3333 will close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled Wagers placed from those Accounts, and forfeit all Balances without prior notice or compensation.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. ck 3333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). 4.2 Deposits Must Come From the Player's Own Account
All deposits to ck 3333 must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositor and the Account holder are different individuals — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation. ck 3333 bears no liability for funds lost due to deposits made from third-party accounts.
4.3 Withdrawals and Account Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, ck 3333 may require the Player to complete identity and payment verification. This includes confirming that the withdrawal destination (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account) matches the name on the registered ck 3333 Account. ck 3333 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own legal name.
4.4 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Eligibility
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited and only the Real Money Fund portion being released for withdrawal.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in strategies designed to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay intent, coordinating with other Players to abuse referral bonuses, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have all associated bonuses voided, all winnings from those bonuses forfeited, and may face permanent Account termination.
5.4 ck 3333's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
ck 3333 reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion, withdraw a promotion from active distribution, or exclude specific Players from a promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

8.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability
